wa kao...swimming at night time...9pm to 12am...do u ever heard it????
wakao...last nite i swam for 250m non-stop o...making me so so tired and today slept until noon time baru wake up...but somehow...i start loving swimming lo...really so fun and so enjoying while u get to know how to swim..u'll never drawn as u brave to floot...at 1st really feel scary but now...just like a tiny business lo...swim from 1.8m deep to 1.2m then swim back to 1.8m....like this i had swam for 250m long...unbelieveable leh...hehe...back to kch...i'll go to swimming too...hehe..besides that...swimming also a good exercise a....it can help us build up our body o...and stronger our lungs..says abt this...last nite...wu....i sinked to the floor of the swimming pool o..the pressure causes my lungs so pain...but..i suscessfully sit on the floor of the swimming pool lo...Can u do it??? yeah...peace baby....hmmmm..even i suscessfully dive into the water to get the rock up...yes..yeah....
